What is Vibrational Fascia Release Technique (VFRT)?
Vibrational Fascia Release Technique (VFRT) uses a 128hz weighted tuning fork along with specialized skills like palpation, grip, strike, placement, and pressure on the skin to quickly relieve pain and improve mobility throughout the body. VFRT focuses on the connective tissue fascia where pain and restriction result from collagen fibers and fluid pressure.
Therapists use vibration and compression from the tuning fork to affect the fascia fibers and fluids, releasing restrictions to restore normal function. Protocol groups guide therapists on applying core techniques to address conditions in different body areas. VFRT does not involve energy work, acupoints, mental health approaches, or bone vibration. Rather it is a method of using tuning fork vibration and physical manipulation to relieve physical restrictions in the fascia.

Program Overview: Our updated program combines both the Live Palpation and Application Class AND the online curriculum.
Our VFRT Certification Program spans 12 modules and 32 lessons, focusing on the fundamentals, core skills, and detailed protocols for applying VFRT across various body areas. Each module targets a specific area—ranging from Hand & Wrist to the Cranial Brain Drain—ensuring a holistic understanding and application of the technique. Each area of focus includes a Knowledge Assessment and requires the submission of a Case Report, detailing the outcomes of applying the learned protocols on a subject.
Included Courses: Alongside the main VFRT course, you will gain access to the Basic Anatomy Course Bundle. This bundle is a deep dive into human anatomy, composed of 17 specialized courses including Body Terminology, Organs, Senses, and comprehensive courses on major bodily systems like the Nervous and Musculoskeletal systems. With a total of 72 lessons, this bundle provides foundational knowledge critical for any practitioner in the health field.
Live Palpation and Application Class: Certification students are invited to attend a Live Palpation and Application Class at our NEHC Academy Headquarters in Shipshewana, Indiana. This unique class provides hands-on experience and is offered free of charge to all students in the VFRT Certification Program. Attending the live class is just one part of the overall certification program. The online curriculum requirements must be completed to fulfill your certification. Students who are unable to make it to our Training Facility are not required to complete the Live Class. However, the option will be available to you for 2 years following your certification.

The opposite is true as well. When you register for a live VFRT Palpation and Application class, you will be assigned the entire online curriculum to accompany your certification training program. This way you can benefit from both the online and in person version without having the pay for both. The Live VFRT Palpation and Application Class is not the entire Certification process. Students must still complete the entire online curriculum, but the Case Studies are not required to be completed since the work was done in class.

Yes. We have updated the online curriculum to include the same information, skills, techniques, methods, and protocols instructed in our live VFRT classes.
Can I attend a live class if I purchase the online VFRT program?
As outlined above with the Special Bonus, the purchase of the VFRT Online Certification Program unlocks the special bonus of a free live VFRT Palpation and Application Class in our NEHC Academy Training Facility in Shipshewana, Indiana. The opposite is true as well. When you register for a live VFRT Palpation and Application class, you will be assigned the entire online curriculum to accompany your certification training program. This way you can benefit from both the online and in person version without having the pay for both. Restrictions apply: the live course must be attended within 2 years upon completing the online certification. Also, this Live Class Bonus only applies to students purchasing the new curriculum. This bonus does not apply to all VFRT Alumni considering that a large portion of the curriculum for this program is new to alumni from previous classes.
I have already purchased one or more of these courses as a workshop. Are they the same?
The previous workshops for the Abdomen, Head & Neck, and Cranial Brain Drain have been incorporated into the VFRT Online Certification Program. These workshops are no longer available for purchase as separate courses. If you have purchased one of these courses in the past, we will provide you with a $50 USD credit per course (up to $150) to be used as a coupon code at the time of checkout. I am already certified as a VFRT Therapist. Do I still need to take these new courses?
No. You are already certified and there are no further requirements to maintain your level of certification. However, we did upgrade these courses with the “advanced” techniques developed by Bobbi Jo over the past few years. The VFRT Online Certification Course includes new time-saving techniques never seen in a previous VFRT course (live or online). Alumni can contact me to see if there is an online option for upgrading your skillset with the new advanced techniques.
Will there be an Advanced VFRT Program?
We have upgraded most of our courses to incorporate the latest advanced techniques, so the content you will see in this program are consistent with what Bobbi Jo has used in her own Healing Center over the past few years. This online content and protocols includes the time-saving and effective techniques of a typical Bobbi Jo session or treatment.
