NEHC Academy presents the Abdomen Vibrational Fascia Release Technique (VFRT) Certification Course. In this comprehensive program, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to effectively apply VFRT for typical abdominal conditions.

The course begins with an in-depth exploration of the Roles & Responsibilities of the student and therapist, cover the basic understanding of VFRT, and set the stage with basic anatomy of interstitial fluid and fascia. Then, we will cover the primary core skills of an effective therapist and continue with the palpation and application protocols for this specific area of focus on the body with a weighted 128hz tuning fork. Finally, we will cover the complex anatomy of this focused region which is crucial for accurate palpation and precise tuning fork placement. You will also learn about common pathologies or problems in our area of focus while examining the physiology and typical presentation of these conditions to aid in assessment and treatment.

A key focus of this course is building proficiency in VFRT techniques tailored specifically for the abdomen. You will master advanced skills and techniques using the tuning fork to release fascial restrictions and fluid pressure. We will cover proper hand positioning, supportive grips, and the use of butterfly and reverse grips for leverage. You will also learn to pinpoint precise placement locations through palpation feedback.

By the end, you will be able to conduct full VFRT sessions to address client complaints, reduce pain, improve mobility, increase grip strength, and resolve common pathologies. This certification will equip you with the expertise to dramatically improve clients’ function and quality of life. We look forward to accompanying you on this journey towards becoming a specialist in this unique VFRT application.
