Agreement for Business Coaching Service between business coach Andrew Weaver of NEHC Academy and Danielle Crampsie.


This agreement begins at the initial monthly payment and ends at the end of the last paid month. Each month of service begins at the moment of payment and will continue for 30 consecutive days. The next payment will be due on the day following the 30-day “month”, and your coaching service will be discontinued if payment is not made within 5 days of the due date. Continuation of this agreement can occur at any time and does not need to be concurrent to the original coaching session. Once a monthly payment has been made, both of us are bound to this agreement to carry out the agreed upon plan for the current month. Both of us agree to focus our resources on stated business goals, so all monthly payments are binding and non-refundable once they are made. Either of us can choose to discontinue our coaching session at the end of the current paid month


We can use any form of communication that is efficient for both of us to communicate on a weekly basis. Email will likely be needed from time-to-time for sharing attached documents. Both of us agree to respond to any communication within 3 days of receipt to ensure progress with the stated goals. If either of us are unable to respond to the details of any communication, it is appropriate to at least inform the other that we may be delayed in providing a full response.

Required actions and deliverables:

This agreement does not bind either of us to provide a deliverable or meet a particular milestone within a certain timeframe: Business coaching means providing support and guidance “coaching” towards established goals, and we can decide to pivot or change these goals at any time to allow for flexibility in personal and professional growth.

Any action expected to move you forward with your goals is your responsibility to carry out those actions. Any actions by your business coach requiring a deliverable such as a document or administrative services beyond guided business coaching will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be performed at an additional cost. Those additional administrative services and associated costs must be agreed upon by formal communication prior to carrying out those actions to prevent any miscommunication and expectations. Any administrative services performed by your business coach without prior agreement will be considered free of charge.

Non-compete and exchange of proprietary information:

This agreement recognizes that we both operate established businesses within the same global space. Any exchange of ideas, knowledge, experience, proprietary information, and future plans are not bound by any non-compete or proprietary constraints. It is expected by this agreement that we will freely share our business processes with the understanding that the other may choose to use this information for personal or professional growth at any time in the future. Through normal business ethics, we should respect each others ability to profit in areas where there is an obvious overlap in services to a confined group of potential customers. At no time should we prevent each other from growing our client base and making a profit in our individual areas of expertise.

Revision of this agreement:

This details of this agreement may be modified at any time with formal communication through email stating the modification and an “I Agree” from both of us.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Monthly Payment:

Payments will be made using the PayPal Payment Portal. All payment data will be held with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, and you can use any credit card allowed by PayPal.
